Beyond Postures yoga is a practice in Ahimsa  - recognizing that each person is unique, it offers you an opportunity to explore the connection between yoga, health and Self - to experience yoga as more than doing a posture but as a way of being present and to bring that holistic, healing and peaceful experience from the mat to your daily life..

nationally registered and certified Yoga Teacher, Yoga Therapy Practitioner with certification in Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy & Group Facilitation, Thai Assisted Yoga Therapy (the first yoga therapy practice) and is trained in Ayurveda: Assessment and Life Style Counseling and Marma Point Therapy. She has taken advanced training in client-centered body dialoguing techniques,the psyhcotherapuetic healing process, and the empathic role of the practitioner as an integral part of the healing process. In she directs the Belfast Yoga and Retreat Center in Belfast, Maine offering workshops to promote advanced training in Yoga Therapy practitioner skills, healing and well-being. She is
   currently studying Psychosynthesis through the Palo Alto Psychosynthesis Program.
